OUR MISSION

We manage real estate with the benefit of legal knowledge and expertise. From the more amicable aspects, such as contract negotiations and compliance with maintenance regulations, to the less amicable aspects, such as evictions and deposit disputes, the knowledge of the law makes a difference to the outcome, every time.

We were set up to be different. We have a small group of clients that we support each step of the way and do it all within a single all inclusive fee structure. We pride ourselves on transparency and trust and are unique in allowing rent to be paid by tenants directly to landlords. Rather than charging for repairs at our own rates plus the applicable VAT, we find the most cost effective local repairmen and, while we monitor their work, they are paid directly by the landlord.

Our emphasis is on East and South East London. We have particular experience in letting and managing flats within managed residential buildings. Most clients come to us through recommendations.
